At Rituals of Return LLC, DBA Undone Botanicals, we want you to feel cared for in every step of your experience with us. While most of our offerings are handcrafted and final sale, we’ve outlined below how we handle returns and refunds.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of many of our products (including skin, body, and botanical preparations), we cannot accept returns on these items. Please choose carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing—we are happy to help guide you.

Eligible Returns

For non-perishable items such as accessories or merchandise, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Starting a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions for sending your package back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • For exchanges, you will place a new order once your return is approved, and shipping charges will apply to the new order.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
