how to use

Steep 1–2 teaspoons of the Uplifted blend in 8 oz of just-boiled water. Cover and let infuse for 10–15 minutes to extract the full benefits. Strain and enjoy warm, or allow to cool for a refreshing iced tea.

For a stronger infusion, steep longer or use a slightly larger amount of herbs.
