A clarifying, opening bath infusion for the body at the first sign of feeling unwell…

Be Well was made for the moment you feel something coming on. That unwanted heaviness, the chill that will not leave, the congestion beginning to add pressure, the body asking to be supported before it has to work harder. This is a bath that meets that moment with care.

Elder flower and yarrow form the heart of the blend, supporting the body's natural response at the first sign of feeling unwell. Eucalyptus and peppermint clear and brighten the steam, while lemon balm, calendula, and linden bring a calming, soothing softness to the water.

White rice flour, colloidal oatmeal, and magnesium flakes complete the formula. The oatmeal and rice flour soften the water and the skin simultaneously, while magnesium brings its mineral-rich nutrients to the water. Camphor and black spruce essential oils bring a deep, resinous, forest-like aroma that opens the breath and anchors the ritual.

This is the bath you take when you feel something coming on, before it has a chance to take hold. When you want to meet your body early, with deep care.

Product Information

Be Well steeps into warm water with a bold, clearing aroma that arrives before you even step in. Eucalyptus and camphor open immediately, bright and clarifying. Black spruce adds a deep, resinous forest note underneath. As the herbs release their constituents into the water, the steam becomes part of the experience, carrying the respiratory-opening aromatics directly where the body needs them most. The oatmeal and rice flour soften the water beautifully. The magnesium flakes add their mineral depth. The water itself becomes the treatment. You are not applying something to your skin. You are immersing yourself in it.

Each jar holds three full baths. Be Well arrives in a reusable glass jar with a bamboo lid, along with a reusable muslin bag for steeping. Because what holds the medicine should honor it.

Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Best enjoyed within 6 months for full vibrancy.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use.

If you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical care, please consult your practitioner before use.

how to use

Scoop ¾ cup of the blend into the reusable muslin bag provided. Place the bag under warm running water as the tub fills, allowing the herbs and minerals to steep directly into the bath. As you soak, lean into the steam and breathe slowly and deliberately, letting the eucalyptus, camphor, and black spruce do their opening work. Soak for at least 20 minutes. There is no upper limit here. Bath teas are one of the oldest and most complete forms of herbal preparation, and the longer you stay, the more the water has to give. Rest well afterward.
