Find Ease steeps into warm water with a warm, grounding aroma that is immediately distinctive. Cedarwood Atlas and Roman chamomile lead, woody and softly sweet, with the herbal depth of the arnica and ginger coming through underneath. As the herbs release their constituents into the water, the bath takes on a silky, mineral-rich quality from the oatmeal, rice flour, and magnesium flakes. The magnesium brings its particular depth of muscle-relaxing support that the body receives deeply after physical effort or prolonged tension. The water itself becomes the treatment. You are not applying something to your skin. You are immersing yourself in it.

Each jar holds three full baths. Find Ease arrives in a reusable glass jar with a bamboo lid, along with a reusable muslin bag for steeping. Because the ritual deserves to be beautiful from the moment you open it.

Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Best enjoyed within 6 months for full vibrancy.

Scoop ¾ cup of the blend into the reusable muslin bag provided. Place the bag under warm running water as the tub fills, allowing the herbs and minerals to steep directly into the bath. For muscle recovery, warmer water supports circulation and deepens the action of the arnica and ginger. Step in and soak for at least 20 minutes. There is no upper limit here. Bath teas are one of the oldest and most complete forms of herbal preparation, and the longer you stay, the more the water has to give. Breathe slowly. Let the warmth do its work.
