Presence is naturally caffeine-free and blended in small batches to preserve the potency of each herb. how to use

Bring fresh water to just below a boil. Steep one tablespoon of Presence in 8oz of hot water, covered, for a minimum of 10 minutes and up to 60 minutes for a deeper, more potent brew. Covering the cup while steeping keeps the essential oils in the brew rather than releasing them into the air. Strain and sip slowly, letting the aroma settle you before the first sip.

A small spoonful of raw honey complements the floral notes beautifully if desired. Enjoy in the morning or afternoon, and return to it daily for the full depth of what gotu kola offers.
